The Who – Quadrophenia : Director’s Cut

A 100-page hardback book which is part of the Quadrophenia: Director’s Cut Super Deluxe Edition box set. The book includes a 20,000 word essay by Pete Townshend, all the original black-and-white photographs from the original album package, plus full lyrics, extensive studio recording notes and recording credits. The book is lavishly illustrated with notes, photographs, lyric sheets and letters from Pete Townshend’s private archive. The five CDs, consisting of the original album, it’s out-takes and demos, are housed in pockets in the front and back endpapers.

The box set includes the 100-page book and discs plus a 7″ vinyl single, a 20″ x 30″ poster and an envelope containing replicas of Pete Townshend’s hand-written lyrics and other memorabilia. All housed in a 12″ x 12″ hard slipcase.
